Our Approach
Phase 1: Headless Commerce Migration
We migrated the entire storefront to a headless Next.js architecture backed by Shopify Plus. This gave us:

Phase 2: CRM Integration
We connected HubSpot CRM directly to Shopify via custom API middleware, enabling:
