This policy explains how Migosys (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects information from visitors to migosys.com and from clients of our services, including CRM setup, migration and management, integrations, and web and custom software development. If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use the site.

2. Information we collect

  • Personal data you give us through forms or requests, such as your name, email address, company and phone number.
  • Technical data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser and operating system, access times and pages viewed.
  • Tracking technologies, such as Google Tag Manager (which can load Google Analytics) and the HubSpot tracking code. These load only after you accept them in the cookie banner.

3. How we use your information

To provide and improve our services, respond to enquiries and support requests, understand how the site is used, send service-related messages and, with an option to opt out, marketing messages, and to prevent fraud.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

Analytics and tracking cookies (Google Tag Manager and HubSpot) are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, they don't load. You can also set your browser to reject cookies, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.

We don't sell, trade or rent your personal data. We may share it when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety, and with service providers that help us run our business, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, for analytics, email, hosting and customer service.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No security measure or method of transmission is completely secure.

7. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email or by contacting us.

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date above.
