Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These terms are a binding agreement between you, personally or on behalf of an entity, and Migosys. They cover your use of migosys.com and any related media, channels and sites. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree, stop using the site.

2. Intellectual property

The site, its source code, databases, designs, text, media and marks are owned or licensed by Migosys and protected by copyright and trademark law. Content is provided as is, for information and personal use. Commercial use needs our prior written permission.

3. Scope of services

Migosys provides CRM setup, migration and management, integrations, and web and custom software development. Client work is delivered under separate statements of work. We aren't liable for issues caused by third-party CRMs, APIs or hosting, including outages, rate limits, deprecations or vendor changes.

4. User representations

Information you submit must be true, accurate, current and complete. You must have legal capacity, must not be a minor where you live, and must use the site lawfully. Automated or non-human access is not allowed.

5. Prohibited activities

• Extracting content to build collections, databases or directories without written permission.
• Defrauding or misleading us or other users.
• Circumventing or interfering with security features.
• Framing the site or linking to it without authorization.
• Using bots, scrapers, spiders or offline readers.

6. Limitation of liability

Migosys and its directors, employees and agents aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue or data, arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the cause of action arose.

7. Modifications and interruptions

We may change, modify or remove site content, or discontinue all or part of the site, at any time without notice, and we aren't liable for doing so.

8. Governing law and client agreements

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Migosys operates, and disputes go to courts of competent jurisdiction. Client projects are governed by separate signed master services agreements and statements of work. These terms cover general use of the website only.
