Projects are quoted per requirement after a free Systems Review, based on what you need. Ongoing CRM management runs on a monthly block of hours at USD 25 per hour for each person on your account.

Two ways we bill

Projects, quoted after a Systems Review

For custom websites and apps, integrations, onboarding and migrations.

1.Systems Review. A free call about your systems and what you want to build or change.
2.Written scope and quote. We send a scope with what we'll deliver, the milestones, and a price for that scope.
3.Milestone billing. For custom builds, you pay per milestone as each one is delivered.

Every project is different in size, so we don't publish fixed project prices. The quote you get is for the scope in writing.

Managed CRM, in monthly hour blocks

For ongoing HubSpot, Salesforce or monday.com management.

USD 25 / hour / person

Rate: USD 25 per hour, for each person working on your account.
Block size: Agreed with you after the review, for example 10, 20 or 40 hours a month. The block can change as your needs do.
Unused and extra hours: Agreed in writing before work starts, so the monthly total holds no surprises.

What “for each person” means

A request may need one person, usually a CRM admin, or two, such as an admin and a developer working on an integration. When two people work on a task, both people's hours count toward your block.

We tell you before work starts if a request will need more than one person, and the agreement sets out how hours are counted.

Pricing questions

Why don't you publish project prices?

A small website and a multi-system integration are very different jobs. A fixed price would be wrong for most clients, so we quote each project against a written scope.

Is the Systems Review free?

Yes. It's a call about your systems, and you get a written scope and quote afterwards.

What does an hour of management cover?

Day-to-day CRM work: new workflows and properties, reports and dashboards, user changes, fixes, data clean-up and small builds. Larger work, like a new integration, may be quoted as a separate project.

What currency do you bill in?

US dollars.
