Salesforce setup, integrations and management without an in-house admin
We set up your org, move your data in, connect Salesforce to the systems around it, and keep it running month to month from a block of hours sized to your team.
We set up, integrated and now manage Salesforce for a US healthcare provider.
Sound familiar?
- Salesforce was set up years ago, and the person who knew how it works has moved on.
- Your team pays for Salesforce but still keeps the real numbers in spreadsheets.
- Salesforce and the system that runs your operations hold two different versions of the same customer.
- You're moving into Salesforce from another CRM, or out of a messy org into a clean one.
What we do in Salesforce
Setup
Objects, fields, page layouts, record types, sales processes, validation rules, flows, reports and dashboards, users, profiles and permission sets. We build what your process needs and document it as we go.
Migration
We move accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities and history from your old CRM or spreadsheets. Before go-live, you check a sample of the migrated records with us.
Integrations
We connect Salesforce to the systems your business runs on, through Salesforce's APIs or custom code where an off-the-shelf connector can't follow your rules.
Monthly management
We act as your Salesforce admin. That covers new fields and flows, fixes when something breaks, report and dashboard changes, user changes and data clean-up.
Built and run by the same team
Salesforce usually sits next to other systems. The team that manages your org also writes the code that connects it, so a rule an off-the-shelf connector can't follow doesn't stall the project.
- Custom integrations through Salesforce's APIs when a standard connector can't apply your rules.
- Custom apps and portals that read from and write to your org.
- Websites with CMS admin panels, built by the same team that runs your org.
Our Salesforce work
- A US healthcare provider
- We set up their Salesforce org, migrated their data, connected it to their other systems, and manage it month to month. The same team runs their HubSpot portal and their monday.com workspace.

How monthly Salesforce management works
Step 1
Review
A free call to look at your org and what your team needs from it.
Step 2
Pick a block
You choose a monthly block of hours. We suggest a size based on the review.
Step 3
Send requests
Your team sends requests and we work through them in priority order.
Step 4
Agree the rules
How unused and extra hours are handled is agreed in writing before work starts.
Pricing: USD 25 per hour for each person working on your account, sold as a monthly block of hours. Setup, migration and integration projects are quoted separately after the review. How pricing works
Why teams bring us in for Salesforce
One team for the CRM and the code
When a request needs more than configuration, such as an integration with your operations system or a custom app, the same team builds it.
More than one platform
Some companies run Salesforce next to HubSpot or monday.com. We manage all three for one client, so we know where the data has to line up.
We scale with you
Start with the hours your org needs now. When a migration or integration project arrives, we add the people it calls for.
Questions about this work
Can you take over from our current Salesforce partner or admin?
Yes. We start with a review of the org as it stands, document what's there, and take over from that point.
Do you work with HubSpot and monday.com too?
Yes. We set up, integrate and manage both.
